Who we are
The Island Sports Trust is a charitable organisation based at George Green’s School. It has a board of trustees, a manager, and part-time workers. Together they are responsible for managing and facilitating Community use of the School’s sports facilities and for much of the Sports Development work that takes place in and around the School. It also provides excellent leisure and learning opportunities that may lead to personal and social development.
The Island Sports Trust is a voluntary organisation founded in 1996, with the aim to provide a service which is responsive to local needs and accessible to all groups and individuals in the Community.
The future of the Island Sport Trust is to continue to deliver and develop opportunities for the community in the area of sport and leisure, to enhance and improve the quality of life for the people living and working in Tower Hamlets.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

By default we do not share any personal data with anyone.
How long we retain your data

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing addresses.
We will also store comments, notes or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators, Manager and Supervisors (Shop Managers) can access:
Booking information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and what area.
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing address.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil bookings, process refunds and support you.
What WooCommerce shares with others
WooCommerce shares information with Worldpay Merchant Services who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
We accept payments through Worldpay Merchant Services. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to WorldPay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
The Island Sports Trust working in partnership with George Green’s School offers opportunities to develop skills in a variety of sports using the School’s superb facilities.
